How much does a SaaS or app video cost?

Projects start from $1,500 for a short video of up to 45 seconds, $3,500 for a 60–90 second explainer and $7,500 for a Launch Kit. Monthly plans start from $3,500 a month. Your proposal gives you a fixed price based on length, versions, complexity and formats.

Are prices fixed?

After the free call you receive a proposal with a defined scope and a fixed price for that scope.

Are prices in USD, and is VAT included?

Prices are in USD, excluding VAT where it applies.

How many revisions are included?

Launch Short includes 2 revision rounds. Explainer and Launch Kit include 3. Your proposal confirms the exact rounds.

How do monthly plans work?

At the start of each month we plan that month's videos with you, around your releases, launches and campaigns. Every video goes through script, review and delivery, just like a project. Plans run for a 3-month minimum, then continue month to month. Your look, voice and interface assets are set up once and reused, so each new video moves faster.

Can we start with one video and move to a plan?

Yes, and that's how most teams start. If you start a monthly plan within 30 days of your project's delivery, we credit 50% of your project fee against your first monthly invoice.
